- Main Body: PC material imported from Bayer, Germany, with UV protection coating on both sides, offering 100% UV protection.
- Top Channel: Aluminum alloy channel.

- Door: Arched aluminum alloy door with a physical lock.

1. Model and Configuration Selection
Choose the appropriate capsule home model and additional options on our website or in our showroom.
📅 Would you like to see the house in person? — Schedule a viewing.
2. Order Placement
After approval of the layout and configuration, a contract is signed.
You will receive a commercial offer and an invoice for payment.
💳 Payment terms:
- 60% — advance payment upon contract signing
- 20% — after completion of the house assembly at our production facility and readiness for shipment
- 20% — after installation of the house on the site, connection of all agreed utilities, and signing of the acceptance certificate
3. Production and Delivery
Each house is manufactured individually according to your order.
⏱ Production and delivery time: up to 70 days.
4. Installation and Assembly (optional service)
Our specialists provide:
- foundation preparation,
- connection to water, electricity, and sewage systems,
- on-site installation and connection of the house.
All works are adapted to the specific characteristics of the site.
